The AIGS-I Automatic Integrated Gene Detection System is designed for veterinary use, specifically targeting common infectious diseases in pets caused by viruses, bacteria, mycoplasma, chlamydia, and parasites. It integrates microfluidics, nano-superparamagnetic bead nucleic acid extraction, real-time fluorescence PCR, and enzyme/reagent critical state preservation technologies within a fully-closed cartridge. This system automates the process from sample input to gene detection results, offering high sensitivity and avoiding the false positives common in conventional molecular detection methods. It provides results in as little as one hour and features a compact, portable design.
