2-Year Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
The main unit of our products is covered by a full two-year warranty starting from the date of manufacture. X-ray machines are an exception, with a warranty period of 14 months.
Any malfunction determined to be caused by a manufacturing or quality defect during the applicable warranty period will be repaired free of charge.
2. Long-Term Support
We guarantee the availability of spare parts and technical support for a minimum of eight years from the date we ship the product
3. Product Upgrades
To help meet our customers' changing needs, we offer functional, application, or performance upgrades as a value-added service during the product's operational lifecycle. The availability of this service is model-dependent.
4. In-Warranty Service Process
If a warranty issue is confirmed to require part replacement, we will ship the necessary replacements to the customer at our expense.
Upon receiving and installing the new parts, the customer is responsible for returning the faulty components to us, following the provided shipping guidelines.
5. Out-of-Warranty Service Process
For services requested after the warranty expires, we will provide a cost-based quotation and a proforma invoice.
Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed with the repair. All serviced parts undergo thorough testing to verify full functionality before being returned to the customer.
Exemption of Warranty
The warranty shall not apply if the malfunction is caused by intentional damage, negligence, misuse, failure to follow HQS operating instructions, or any use not authorized by HQS.
The warranty will be considered void if the original HQS serial number label or any product identification marking has been altered, removed, or defaced.
Consumable parts, accessories, or materials for HQS equipment are not covered under the two-year warranty. Customers may, however, claim benefits for such items under the relevant warranty terms provided separately by HQS.
Products or components not manufactured by HQS are excluded from this warranty policy.
