The XSP-02 is a basic monocular biological microscope with H10X and H16X Huygens eyepieces and 4X, 10X and 40X achromatic objectives, giving 40× to 640×. It has a 120 × 120 mm plain stage with paired clips, a rotating disc diaphragm with five apertures (3.2, 4, 5, 8 and 15 mm), a 50 mm coarse adjustment range and a 1.8–2.2 mm fine adjustment range, and a 50 mm concave-plan reflector with an extra LED lamp as an option. It is the same stand as the XSP-01, which has H10X and H12.5X eyepieces instead. The XSP-03 to XSP-06 add an N.A. 1.25 Abbe condenser, a stage with moving scale and a 100X objective. Choose the XSP-02 for low- and medium-power teaching or field checks; choose an XSP-03 to XSP-06 if you need 1000× for blood smears or bacteria.
