Pet ICU Incubators

Compare pet ICU incubators by their environmental monitoring and accessory layout, not by cabinet appearance alone. The H-1801, H-1803 and H-1805 cabinets specify different gas sensors and built-in or external humidifier and nebulizer arrangements, while the larger HICU oxygen ICU units, often described as veterinary oxygen cages, add O2 concentration control, CO2 removal and refrigeration. The wider catalog also includes infrared cages; check each product separately instead of treating every device in this category as the same type of incubator.

How to compare and shortlist models

  • Distinguish CO2 monitoring from O2 concentration monitoring, and confirm the sensors included with the chosen model.
  • Compare usable internal space, door access and cleaning access with the animal sizes and workflow your clinic plans to accommodate.
  • Identify the external oxygen source, connector requirements, humidifier and nebulizer components in the quoted package.
  • Request the current manual, alarm and calibration information, cleaning instructions and spare-part arrangements. Clinical settings must be defined by the treating veterinary team.

Compare H-1801, H-1803, H-1805, HICU-03 and HICU-01 ICU units

H-1801, H-1803 and H-1805 are single cabinets with an 18–38 °C temperature setting and an 88 × 55 × 47 cm product size (the overall size, not usable patient space); they differ in the gas monitored and in whether the humidifier and nebulizer are built in. HICU-03 and HICU-01 are larger oxygen ICU units with O2 control from 21% to 60%, CO2 monitoring and removal, refrigeration and heating: HICU-03 is a single unit with three drawers, HICU-01 has four independently controlled compartments.
