The OM-130 is the floor-standing model in the HQS OM operating microscope series that comes with a 45° tilted binocular, a beam splitter and a video camera adapter, so a C-mount 1/3-inch video camera can be attached. All six OM models share the same optics and light: 6× eyepiece magnification, 50–80 mm interpupillary distance, ±5 D diopter, F = 200 mm and F = 300 mm objectives, a three-step 0.6×, 1×, 1.6× changer giving 3×, 5×, 8×, 4.7×, 7.5× and 12× total magnification with a linear field from 60.8 mm down to 15.8 mm, 10 mm fine focusing, coaxial 10 W LED illumination above 30,000 lx with adjustable brightness, built-in green and orange filters, a 2-part arm with universal joints and an AC 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz supply with a DC 12 V 3 A, 36 W adapter. They differ in head, stand and imaging: the OM-120 (straight head) has the same floor stand, beam splitter and camera adapter as the OM-130; the OM-101 (straight) and OM-102 (45°) are floor-stand models with the beam splitter and camera adapter as options; the OM-103 (straight) and OM-104 (45°) come with a table mount clamp. The 45° models are listed for dental and ophthalmic micro-operations and the straight models for ear, nose and throat work. Choose the OM-130 or OM-120 if you want to record or teach from the start, the OM-101 or OM-102 to add imaging later, and the OM-103 or OM-104 where floor space is short.
