The 23D.I is the mobile, higher-flow model in this HQS electric suction series. It has a membrane pump, overflow protection that stops liquid entering the pump body, hand and foot switches, a one-piece all-plastic enclosure, at least 40 L/min suction, a 0.013–0.09 MPa (680 mmHg) negative pressure range, two 2500 ml glass collection bottles, 400 VA input, noise of 65 dB or less and an AC 220 V ± 10%, 50 Hz ± 2% supply. The 23C.V lists the same suction rate, vacuum range, 2 × 2500 ml bottles, 400 VA input, noise level, hand and foot switches and one-piece plastic enclosure. The 23A.I and 23A.II are small units with an oil-free pump, a one-piece ABS shell, overflow protection, at least 15 L/min and a single 1000 ml bottle: the 23A.I reaches 0.08 MPa (600 mmHg) at 150 VA, the 23A.II 0.07 MPa at 50 VA. Choose the 23D.I or 23C.V for surgery, where flow, a deeper vacuum, two large bottles and a foot switch matter; choose a 23A model for light ward or examination-room suction where a small, low-power unit is enough.
