The AIGS-I is the single-channel, compact unit: one sample per run in H-RS cartridges, 278 × 190 × 343 mm (L × W × H), 120 W, block temperature fluctuation ≤0.3 °C, four detection channels (F1 FAM / SYBR Green I, F2 HEX / VIC, F3 Texas Red / ROX, F4 Cy5), a detection range of 10–10⁹ copies/ml and a Ct value shown on the report. The AIGS-V is the multi-channel unit: it runs up to four different samples or items independently, on demand, in H-RE cartridges, with FAM, ROX, Cy5 and HEX dyes, semiconductor temperature control, block fluctuation ≤±0.5 °C, 380 × 305 × 343 mm, 350 W and 16 kg, and its report shows the pathogen concentration. Choose the AIGS-I for occasional or single-sample testing where bench space is tight; choose the AIGS-V when several samples or panels need to run at the same time.
