The MJ160 and MJ250 are HQS mould incubators with a heater and a compressor, a 5–50 °C range and ±1 °C accuracy. Both have microcomputer temperature control, an LCD showing temperature and time, a 0–9999 min timer, a stainless steel chamber with a safety lock, chamber lighting, ultraviolet disinfection, an over-temperature alarm and an automatic alarm when the run ends, and both run on 220 V, 50 Hz. The two models differ only in size and power. The MJ160 holds 186 L, with 100 W heating, a 124 W compressor and a 30 W UV lamp; it measures 550 × 530 × 1630 mm and weighs 64 kg net. The MJ250 holds 250 L, with 142 W heating, a 200 W compressor and a 40 W UV lamp; it measures 610 × 540 × 1700 mm and weighs 78 kg net. Choose by how many plates and cultures you incubate at one time and by the floor space and height you have.
