It includes an over-temperature alarm, PID self-tuning, and a digital display running timer. The interior is stainless steel with a glass inner door, and it is equipped with CO2 sound and light alarms, a double gas filter, and a part warm door to prevent fogging. The heating mode utilizes a water jacket.
