HQS lists three series of horizontal cylindrical pressure steam sterilizers. All list a working pressure of 0.22 MPa, a working temperature of 134 °C, heat average within ±2 °C, a drying function, a door that cannot be opened until chamber pressure falls to 0.027 MPa, a safety valve and 380 V 50 Hz power. The WS-YDB comes in three sizes: WS-280YDB (280 L, φ600 × 1000 mm chamber, 12 kW), WS-200YDB (200 L, φ515 × 1000 mm, 9 kW) and WS-150YDB (150 L, φ440 × 1000 mm, 9 kW). It is computer controlled, with temperature adjustment from 40 to 134 °C, sterilizing and drying timers of 0–99 min, a built-in printer, a steel-coated exterior and a stainless steel chamber. The WS-YDC has the same 280, 200 and 150 L sizes and power ratings, but it is fully stainless steel, lists 0–60 min timers, buzzer and pilot-light alarms, and overload and leakage protection; no printer is listed. The WS-YDA is the larger series, with 400 L and 500 L chambers and 0–60 min timers. How HQS handles warranty, spare parts and repairs for this model.

Warranty period: The main-unit warranty varies by model and order. The period that applies is stated in your quotation and order confirmation; please confirm it before purchase.
What is covered: A malfunction caused by a manufacturing or quality defect within the warranty period is repaired free of charge. Consumables and accessories, damage from misuse, and units with an altered or removed serial label are not covered by the main-unit warranty.
Spare parts: Spare parts and technical support are available for at least eight years from the date HQS ships the product.
Response time: Service requests get a first reply within one business day. Please send the serial number, model, main-unit version and a description of the problem.
Repairs in warranty: If a confirmed warranty fault needs a replacement part, HQS ships the part at its own expense, and the faulty part is returned to HQS.
Repairs after warranty: HQS sends a cost-based quotation and proforma invoice first. Repaired parts are tested before they are returned. Technical help by email or phone is free.
