LX-D digital vertical pressure steam sterilizer procurement decision notes

The LX-D is the HQS vertical pressure steam sterilizer with PID microcomputer control and an LED digital display of temperature and time, made in six chamber sizes: 35, 50, 75, 100, 120 and 150 litres. Every size works up to 134 °C and 0.22 MPa, with a temperature range from room temperature to 134 °C and a timer of 0–999 minutes. The body is SUS 304 stainless steel with a silicone door seal and a double-scale pressure gauge; safety features listed are an emergency stop switch, automatic release on overpressure and automatic power-off when the water runs short. A drying function can be added as an option. How to choose in the series: pick the chamber by the load you sterilize at once — 35 L (Φ320 × 485 mm) and 50 L (Φ320 × 545 mm) run on 2.5 kW, 75 L (Φ388 × 480 mm) on 3.5 kW, and 100 L (Φ388 × 630 mm), 120 L (Φ460 × 590 mm) and 150 L (Φ460 × 700 mm) on 4.0 kW, all at AC 220 V / 50 Hz. How HQS handles warranty, spare parts and repairs for this model.

Warranty period: The main-unit warranty varies by model and order. The period that applies is stated in your quotation and order confirmation; please confirm it before purchase.
What is covered: A malfunction caused by a manufacturing or quality defect within the warranty period is repaired free of charge. Consumables and accessories, damage from misuse, and units with an altered or removed serial label are not covered by the main-unit warranty.
Spare parts: Spare parts and technical support are available for at least eight years from the date HQS ships the product.
Response time: Service requests get a first reply within one business day. Please send the serial number, model, main-unit version and a description of the problem.
Repairs in warranty: If a confirmed warranty fault needs a replacement part, HQS ships the part at its own expense, and the faulty part is returned to HQS.
Repairs after warranty: HQS sends a cost-based quotation and proforma invoice first. Repaired parts are tested before they are returned. Technical help by email or phone is free.
