The US-3C and US-3L are HQS wireless ultrasound probes with the scanner electronics built into the probe. The US-3C has a 3.5 MHz convex array and the US-3L a 7.5 MHz linear array; both show B and B/M mode images on an iOS, Android or Windows phone, tablet or PC over Wi-Fi (802.11g, 20 MHz, 5G, 450 Mbps). Image controls are gain, focus, harmonic and denoise; measurements are length, area, angle and obstetrics; the frame rate is 18 frames per second. The convex scanning depth is adjustable from 100 to 280 mm. Puncture guidance includes in-plane and out-of-plane guide lines, automatic vessel measurement and needle-tip enhancement. Each probe measures 156 × 60 × 20 mm and weighs 270 g, and the built-in replaceable battery runs for 3 hours and charges by USB or wirelessly. Choose the US-3C for abdominal and deeper scans, the US-3L for superficial structures and needle guidance. If you need both probes in one device or colour Doppler, compare the US-3in1 double-head probe; for transrectal examination, compare the US-3V.
